• Standard — $1,000–$1,200 (~10–16 hrs)
  Core brief with added depth and collaborative review. Ideal for teams seeking comprehensive positioning with iterative refinement.
• Premium — $1,300–$1,500 (~15–20 hrs)
  Full strategic package with in-depth revisions and multiple sessions. Includes vision/values, audiences & JTBD, positioning, tone, proof points, priorities, and 30/60/90 roadmap.

Visioneering retainers are available at three engagement levels:

• Light — $900–$1,100/mo (~10 hrs/mo)
  Strategic guidance and cadence oversight. Advisory rhythm with async priority support.
• Core — $1,700–$2,100/mo (~20 hrs/mo)
  Embedded sprint leadership and system refinement. Balanced engagement for ongoing roadmap and execution support.
• Intensive — $3,200–$4,000/mo (~40 hrs/mo)
  Full operational partnership with active execution involvement. For complex projects, active launches, and teams in growth transition.

Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, flexible rollover hours, and a dedicated Visioneer™ for ongoing strategic execution.

Billed monthly in advance. Unused hours roll over one month. Add-ons: on-site / launch week available; rush projects at +25%. Reach out to confirm the right tier.

Ownership & Deliverables
