By engaging Galorious Expression LLC for strategic operations services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific project agreement or retainer contract. These terms govern the professional relationship between you and Galorious Expression LLC.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes brand briefs, audit reports, documentation, and custom work. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for portfolio and educational purposes.

Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. See our Bundles & Terms page for complete details.

Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability
